We are hiring for a Maintenance Manager for a reputed pharma company.

Location- Chennai

Job Description:

 Shall report to Head – Plant Operations.

To assist the production department in all the maintenance work and organize all utilities required for efficient operations of the plant.

To help Plant Head in the day to day work of factory premises.

To help Plant Head to conduct/organize the training program as and when required.

To co-ordinate renovation work in the factory.

To plan all Preventive Maintenance and break down  activities.To maintain the water documents.

Responsible to prepare Qualification and validation of all equipment and maintain relevant documents and records.

Responsible for planning, co-ordination and implementing internal audit/ Training program.

Follow ups Preventive maintenance work as per schedule.

Responsible for Generating new protocols, New SOPs, review of documents, arranging trainings to subordinates.

To co-ordinate for validation activities, compile necessary records for the same.

In absence of Manager-Maintenance, General manager-Engineering and Projects or Assistant Manager – Maintenance shall be responsible for all the activities.
