- Budgeting and Sales Forecasting
- Successful new product launch
- Searching/Identifying therapy gaps (New Product Development )& new business opportunities
- Identifying and create entry barriers
- Driving implementation along with effective feedback mechanism
- Specialty Development for his assigned brands
- Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio
